The NZ Council for Civil Liberties Annual General Meeting will be held at:

It will be followed by a talk from Roger Brooking discussing the solutions he presents in his book Flying Blind. This book advocates for various interventions to reduce recidivist offending of people under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
