The Committee of the NZ Council for Civil Liberties make its monthly meetings open to anyone who wishes to attend, either in-person or online.
A typical meeting includes:
- Discussion of the various projects that members are engaged in
- Chat about the civil liberties issues of the day
- Responding to correspondence
If you wish to bring up a particular issue, we ask that you communicate this by email to the email@example.com beforehand.
Meeting dates for 2018
First Wednesday of each month:
- February 7th
- March 7th
- April 4th
- May 2nd
- June 6th
- July 4th
- August 1st
- September 5th
- October 3rd
- November 7th
All meetings take place in the Rainbow Room at St Andrew's on The Terrace between 6.00pm and 7:00pm. They are frequently followed by a trip to a pub or restaurant.
We have suspended our use of remote access to meetings for now due to lack of use.
We would be happy to provide video or audio conferencing in the future if people wish to use it. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
The AGM will still be available via video/audio conference.
