Submission: Firearms Prohibition Orders

The Council opposes the Firearms Prohibition Orders (No 2) bill. The Council continues to oppose all legislation which misrepresents Human Rights as privileges which could be removed for bad behaviour.  We find this bill particularly odious as it seeks to limit our freedom without giving us the benefits of a fair trial.
